Position Summary
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overall accountability in the relationships with vendors. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills and can meet tight deadlines as well as coordinate, prioritize and communicate project statuses. Effectively prioritize multiple contracts and projects through successful time management. You must be self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team with little to no supervision.
Position Responsibilities
- Detailed and tight inventory management tracking and reporting
- Setting and adjusting min / max inventory levels based on usage and lead times
- Research vendors to find the best products and prices available within a given market to include materials and third-party network circuits
- Establish standards and guidelines for vendors, monitoring vendors to ensure these policies are being followed
- Overall management of hiring, negotiating, monitoring, and maintaining vendor contract agreements and overall vendor relationships
- Continuously monitor sales trends, noting which items are selling faster than others, and write reports displaying this data
- Ensure vendor compliance with company standards
- Assure all communications with vendors and internal project team members is seamless
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
- Wide experience in utilizing measurement tools and implementing vendor management office practices
- Operational knowledge of RFP development and analysis
- Familiarity with cost management and preparing operation reports
- Outstanding knowledge of service level agreement
- 4-year degree in Business, Accounting is required
- A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business is preferred but not required
Other Skills/Abilities
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Effective written and verbal communications are an integral part of this position
- People skills and a great attitude are a must

Additional information
Fatbeam requires a background check and the acceptance of a basic non-compete documents for all employees. The background check takes 3-5 days. This offer would be pending upon the results of the background check.
