 Position Summary

 The HR Manager will contribute to the company’s success by managing employee development and work culture. They will work closely with executive leadership on overall employee engagement and implementing beneficial HR programs across all departments. They will be responsible for benefit administration, end-to-end payroll processing, compliance with all relevant tax laws, labor laws and company policies. They will be the liaison between the employee and management. They must have a team-oriented positive attitude, and prior HR management and payroll experience.

 Position Responsibilities

  • Benefit administration, including HSA, FSA, STD, LTD & 401k
  • Payroll processing, including all tax compliance and reporting
  • Reconcile all payroll and benefit accounts to ensure accurate payroll deductions and contributions
  • Work with legal to ensure proper compliance on all employee matters as they arise
  • Calculate, track, and report all internal commissions
  • Maintain and manage payroll and HR software
  • Regular employee outreach to keep employees engaged
  • Assist in overall coordination of Employee Events
  • Employee lifecycle: included but not limited to recruiting/hiring/onboarding/training/career planning/performance reviews/retention/offboarding
  • Assist with CDL/driver compliance and safety training tracking

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration
  • Certification in SHRM or HRCI a plus
  • 2-3 years experience in HR management and payroll processing
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • NetSuite, PayFactor & Nectar experience a plus

 Additional information

Fatbeam requires a background check and the acceptance of a basic non-compete documents for all employees. The background check takes 3-5 days. This offer would be pending upon the results of the background check. We will also need to confirm that your driving record will not prohibit us from adding you to our insurance policy for company vehicles. Lastly, to protect our intellectual property, confidential information, and client relationships, it is our policy to require that employees execute an Employee Conduct Agreement governing these matters.
