Construction Manager - FTTH
The position of the FTTH Construction Manager will be to oversee the construction and delivery of fiber-to-the-home projects, including aerial and underground outside plant (OSP) work. This position must reside in Boise Idaho.

Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Account Executive
We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive broadband expansion into multi-family housing and private road communities. Your mission: secure Right of Entry (ROE) agreements with marketing rights and close bulk internet service contracts that deliver value to residents and revenue to the business. You’ll be the face of our broadband brand—building trust with property owners, HOAs, and developers while unlocking new serviceable units. This position will cover the Western Washington and Western Oregon markets. When they are not in market meeting with customers, they will work out of their home office. This position will report to our VP of Sales.
OSP Field Auditor
The OSP Field Auditor assists in supporting fiber optic network construction by participating in site walks, pole fielding, and work validations to help ensure projects meet design and quality standards. This role involves working closely with customers, engineers, and contractors to gather information, validate work accuracy, and inspect completed installations. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have good technical skills, and be able to provide accurate reports and assist with cost estimates for project planning and execution. This position requires the ability to work independently in the field, adapt to different environments, and maintain a focus on safety and compliance. This position will work out of our Boise or Coeur d’Alene, Idaho office. The position will report to respective market OSP Engineer.
