IT Infrastructure Engineer

Provides IT support for end user devices, including configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting both onsite and remotely. Manages Microsoft services, related servers, and internal network interfaces linked to cybersecurity, bandwidth, and software updates. FTTH Field Technician Supervisor

The Supervisor role is a hybrid leadership and hands-on field role responsible for overseeing daily Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) installation and repair activities while actively performing technical work in the field.
