Position Summary
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, integrating, and analyzing data from multiple systems to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on building reliable datasets, developing dashboards, and translating complex data into actionable insights for business and operational teams. This position reports to the Director of Digital Transformation & Automation.
Position Responsibilities
· Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal systems, APIs, and third-party data sources.
· Develop and maintain data pipelines using APIs, data connectors, and ETL processes.
· Build and manage dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs and operational performance.
· Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Work with structured and semi-structured data (SQL databases, APIs, JSON, etc.).
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, business teams) to define data requirements.
· Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity through validation and monitoring processes.
· Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
· Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Education and/or Experience, Certificates, Licenses Registrations
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
· Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple systems.
· Strong proficiency in SQL.
· Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
· Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
Other Skills/Abilities
· Experience with APIs, data connectors, and ETL tools.
· Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred).
· Understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
· Experience working with JSON, REST APIs, and data transformation.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
· High attention to detail and data accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Additional information
Fatbeam requires a background check and the acceptance of a basic non-compete documents for all employees. The background check takes 3-5 days.
