Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing department and provide support to the sales team. This role supports Fatbeam’s marketing strategies, promotions, campaigns, and communications with an emphasis in digital marketing for both B2B and B2C audiences. Under the direction of Marketing leadership, this position assists in the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, supports the overall company brand, and helps produce marketing collateral. This position may also support the sales team with administrative tasks such as proposal generation, CRM updates, relationship management, and related responsibilities as assigned.
This role serves as a key creative resource for the organization, responsible for designing visual marketing and sales materials that strengthen the Fatbeam brand, support lead generation efforts, and enhance customer engagement across digital and traditional channels. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop compelling, brand-consistent content and collateral that supports company growth initiatives.
Position Responsibilities
Marketing Support
• Assist in developing and scheduling digital marketing content, including email, social media, blog content, and website updates in HubSpot.
• Assist with managing public relations coordination for press releases and news articles.
• Help maintain brand consistency across platforms, campaigns, and materials.
• Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships, and local events.
• Maintain organized records of marketing assets, creative files, and event materials.
• Support campaign development, execution, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
Graphic Design & Brand Management
• Lead the design and development of marketing materials including graphics, flyers, social media content, proposal graphics, presentations, email campaigns, and sales collateral for all business verticals.
• Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, sell sheets, presentations, trade show materials, digital advertisements, social media graphics, email marketing assets, signage, and promotional materials.
• Create and maintain branded templates for sales presentations, proposals, customer-facing documents, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of company branding, visual identity, messaging, and design standards across all print and digital communications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams to develop creative assets that support lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors regarding production specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Assist with image editing, photography coordination, video graphics, and other multimedia content as needed.
• Maintain and organize company brand assets, graphic files, templates, and creative libraries.
• Provide creative direction and design support for company events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community outreach activities.
Sales Support
• Assist sales managers with proposal creation and updates by sales vertical.
• Manage and track Fatbeam memberships with local Chambers and associations.
• Help prepare materials for customer meetings and presentations.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
• Collaborate and strategize with the Sales Director and Sales VP to create sales campaigns, contests, and lead generation initiatives.
• Support lead generation, prospecting assistance, content and collateral development, data and insights, and sales training or certification coordination.
Experience / Minimum Requirements
• Associate degree or higher in marketing, graphic design, communications, or equivalent related experience.
• 2+ years of graphic design, digital marketing, communications, or related creative experience preferred.
• Graphic design experience required; portfolio demonstrating graphic design and marketing work preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat for creation of professional marketing and sales materials.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, branding, and visual communication principles.
• Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Experience with Canva, video editing software, HubSpot, and social media content creation is a plus.
• Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and able to multitask across several projects at one time.
• Must be a team player and willing to learn new skills in a highly collaborative environment.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms is a plus.
• Microsoft Office productivity suite proficiency.
• Proficient in all major social media platforms.
• Ability to pass a state and federal background criminal check.

Additional Information
Fatbeam requires a background check and the acceptance of basic non-compete documents for all employees. The background check takes 3–5 days. Employment is pending upon the results of the background check. Fatbeam may also need to confirm that an employee’s driving record will not prohibit the company from adding the employee to its insurance policy for company vehicles.
