Position Summary

The position of Accounts Payable Coordinator will be assisting our Finance Department with Accounts Payable and Regulatory responsibilities. This is a fulltime position that will be in our Boise, Idaho location.


Position Responsibilities

  • A/P data entry into accounting system, and processing duties within A/P approval system for capital and maintenance invoices
  • A/P analysis of payables, including tracking and trending of recurring transactions, review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
  • Audit and process expense reports
  • Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements
  • Monthly close journal entries, as assigned
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to Finance Department
  • City/State/Federal regulatory data reporting (City franchise fees/B&O, DOR, PUC, SOS, FCC)
  • Reconcile current liability accounts
  • Other duties assigned per manager as needed

Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • Emphasis on 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • NetSuite or similar platform experience required
  • SAP Concur or similar platform experience a plus (but not required)
  • Be highly detail oriented
  • Previous experience in the telecom industry is a plus (but not required)
  • Be willing to learn new skills and work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Can multitask and manage several projects at one time
  • Be able to problem solve to meet strict deadlines
  • Microsoft Office productivity suite proficiency required or a willingness to learn
  • The ability to pass a state & federal background criminal check
  • Willingness to assist in other areas when needed

 Additional information

Fatbeam requires a background check and the acceptance of a basic non-compete documents for all employees. The background check takes 3-5 days. This offer would be pending upon the results of the background check.
