We collect information in three (3) primary ways: (1) information you provide to us, (2) information generated through use of our network and services, and (3) information from third parties and service partners.

As a telecommunications and internet service provider, Fatbeam processes technical information required to provision and maintain Service connectivity. This may include:

We do not monitor or record the content of customer communications except:

We may also send optional informational communications, including service updates, product offerings, or service availability notices. You may opt out of optional messages at any time.

You may stop SMS communications by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us using the information in the Contact section below.

After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further SMS messages, except those necessary for service functionality or legally required communications.

Your choice to opt out does not apply to essential service communications, including outage notifications, security alerts, or communications about an existing account or service order.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as necessary with:

• network interconnection partners and upstream carriers

• contractors and installation vendors

• billing and payment processors

• customer support providers

• data center and colocation partners

• emergency services (when legally required)

• law enforcement or regulatory authorities (when required by law)

All service providers are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and appropriate security measures.

6. Subscriber Privacy Rights Under Federal Communications Privacy Laws

Certain federal laws provide privacy protections relating to personally identifiable information maintained by communications service providers. To the extent those protections apply to the Services, Fatbeam provides the following notice regarding the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of subscriber information.

Fatbeam collects personally identifiable information only as reasonably necessary to provide, support, and secure the Services and related business operations. This may include account records, contact information, service subscription details, installation and service history, billing records, equipment identifiers, IP address assignments, authentication records, and other service-related operational data.”

For purposes of this section, “personally identifiable information” means information that identifies a particular individual or subscriber and does not include aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be associated with a specific person or account.

Fatbeam uses this information to:

  • deliver and maintain communications services,
  • respond to service requests and support inquiries,
  • operate and protect the network,
  • detect unauthorized use, theft of service, or fraud,
  • manage billing and collections, and
  • comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Fatbeam does not use its network facilities to collect personally identifiable information about subscribers for unrelated purposes without appropriate consent. Fatbeam treats subscriber information contained in its business records as confidential. Fatbeam does not sell personally identifiable subscriber information to unaffiliated third parties. We may disclose such information only under the following circumstances:

  • with the subscriber’s consent;
  • as necessary to provide, install, maintain, or support the Services, including to contractors, vendors, upstream carriers, interconnection partners, or other service providers acting on Fatbeam’s behalf;
  • to comply with a subpoena, court order, warrant, or other lawful legal process;
  • where disclosure is reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, theft of service, network abuse, or unauthorized access; or
  • to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Fatbeam, its customers, or the network.

Fatbeam may be required by law to disclose customer information without consent or prior notice in response to valid legal process. Where required by applicable law, Fatbeam will provide notice to the subscriber and an opportunity to contest the disclosure. In certain circumstances, including emergency situations or when legally prohibited, notice may not be provided.

Fatbeam retains personally identifiable customer information only for as long as necessary to conduct legitimate business activities, maintain network operations and security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Subscribers may request access to personally identifiable information maintained about their account and may request correction of inaccurate information by contacting Fatbeam using the contact information provided in this Privacy Statement.

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may contact Fatbeam using the contact information listed below. Fatbeam will investigate and respond to reasonable privacy concerns. Applicable federal or state law may provide additional rights and remedies.

Fatbeam may disclose information in response to subpoenas or court orders, to comply with applicable law, to protect the security of our network, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fatbeam, our customers, or others.

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and maintain network integrity and security.
